Charge Registration
According to the Companies Ordinance 1984 (section 121, 129 & 463), whenever financial institutions create, modify or vacate any mortgage / charge against a company (Private or Public Limited), that mortgage / charge must be sent to the Registrar of Companies for registration within 21 days of its creation, modification or satisfaction.
